You've seen many bubbles shots from me. Many ratties shots too. What about a rattie WITH bubbles now?
Arkanys LOVED this. He jumped on the bubbles to pop them, that was very funny to observe, he enjoyed this photosession a lot ^^ I didn't enjoy it quite as much though... blowing bubbles + getting Arkanys head in focus + some bubbles still floating was a nightmare. I developped some kind of "mad bubble blower and photographer speed" skills. Next time I'll do this during the weekend and ask my boyfriend to blow bubbles
Arkanys, black irish dumbo rex rat, born April the 16th 2010.
He is the sweetest rattie ever, he's very cuddly, licky and playful. He's also quite the little clown and always make funny faces. He's a pretty smart rat who learn tricks very quickly and is also quite the friendly and glue-like rat who would do anything to be allowed to go to work with my boyfriend or follow me anywhere
Arkanys comes from an unwanted litter from a rescue doe, Harley, who had been abandonned by her previous owner. The foster family who rescued her didn't seem to know males and female rats shouldn't play on the same area together and the girl who adopted Harley soon discovered that she was pregnant... I saw a video showing Harley's pups and my boyfriend and I just melt when we saw Arkanys cute little nose and white socks... So we adopted him and I must say this rattie is the cutest thingie ever and I can't believe such a small rat has so much love to give
Canon EOS 350D Canon EF-S 60mm macro lens Philips Living Colors lamp Desklamps An old black jacket Lush "flying fox" soap + water + my own homemade "bubble shaper" tool (which allows me to blow many bubbles at the same time and is made out of wire )
I had no idea rats could be so amused by bubbles like that, it's adorable.
